Your Private Property is SAFE!

If any of you were worried, the New Political Constitution of the State of Bolivia Guarantees Private Property (you know, unless you are leaving that enormous plot of land unused and devoid of serving any kind of "social good"...)!

Last year this time, MAS's graffiti artists were covering the city with support for Evo's recall vote (he won handily)...this year, they're tackling the content of the new constitution (and preparing for December's presidential elections). And of course, in case you wanted to check on article 56 yourself, nearly every corner news stand sells pocket-sized copies of the new Constitution, the Law of Popular Participation, various environmental laws, the Law of Mines and Metallurgy, etc... Bolivia: a country where people literally do walk around with copies of the constitution in their pockets...
